This application and all affiliated functional services are only open to users aged eighteen (18) and above with full civil capacity. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing and using this application.

This Privacy Policy formally specifies the data collection, usage, storage and protection rules adopted by Vylos operation team (hereinafter referred to as “We”) for the Vylos art magazine image-generation application. This policy applies to all users who visit, register and use our cover creation and image generation services, covering core functions including image uploading, cover metadata editing, art magazine cover synthesis, multi-style curation layout and other derivative services. 2. Service Overview

Vylos is a professional art-oriented image generation tool, mainly serving art students, gallery visitors, visual editors and social media creators. Users can upload independent image materials, fill in personalized cover metadata, and generate collectible art magazine covers with 8 types of curation-level visual styles and fully editable layout functions. We always take user privacy protection as the top priority during all service operations, and formulate exclusive data management rules for art creation scenarios.

3. Data Collection Rules (No Facial Data Collection)

We adhere to the most stringent minimal data collection principle to support normal operation of art cover generation functions. The only data we collect is the image files actively uploaded by users and cover metadata manually filled by users, which is exclusively used to render and generate customized art magazine covers requested by users.

Explicit No Facial Data Collection Statement: We will never actively identify, extract, analyze or collect facial features, biometric information and any type of facial data from uploaded images. Even if the pictures uploaded by users contain facial elements, our built-in algorithm program will not perform facial recognition, tagging and biometric data collection in any form. Facial related data will never be involved in our data processing process.

4. Data Usage Regulation & Zero Third-Party Transmission

All acquired user data is only used for internal image rendering, style adaptation and cover layout generation of this application, to fulfill the core service demands put forward by users. We will not use user uploaded images, cover texts and metadata for advertising push, algorithm training and other additional purposes without obtaining explicit written consent from users.

Zero Third-Party Data Transmission Commitment: All user creation materials and private data are completely isolated from external institutions. We never sell, rent, share, authorize or transmit user personal data and creative content to any independent third-party companies, organizations or individuals. There is no third-party data sharing interface embedded in the application, and all data processing behaviors are completed independently inside our closed system.

5. Multi-Dimensional Strict Privacy Protection Mechanism

We have built a whole-process and multi-layered privacy protection system to fully safeguard users’ creative content and private data security, forming comprehensive protection from data uploading, real-time processing to cache cleaning:

First, all image files and text metadata transmitted by users are encrypted via industry-standard SSL encryption protocol to prevent data interception and leakage during transmission; Second, all temporary files generated during cover generation will be automatically cleared within 24 hours after users complete creation; Third, our internal data access authority is strictly classified, and only designated operation personnel can access limited data for fault troubleshooting, effectively avoiding internal data leakage risks; Fourth, users have the right to delete uploaded images and cover data independently at any time, and we will permanently erase the corresponding data after receiving user instructions.

6. Full Compliance Guarantee

Full Compliance Statement: All data collection, processing, storage and protection behaviors of Vylos fully comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Apple App Store review specifications and relevant global internet data management regulations. We optimize data processing logic and privacy terms in real time according to updated regulatory policies to ensure every functional link of the application meets official compliance standards.

In addition, we regularly conduct internal privacy compliance audits and third-party safety inspections to eliminate potential compliance risks, and provide a safe, stable and fully compliant art creation environment for all users.

7. User Rights

Users enjoy complete data ownership and management rights for uploaded images and generated magazine covers. You have the right to view, download, modify and delete your creative data at any time; you have the right to withdraw the authorization of data use at any time and permanently terminate our data processing behavior. 8. Policy Update & Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to revise this privacy policy according to service iteration and regulatory policy updates. The updated policy will be released inside the application and take effect automatically. Your continuous use of Vylos’s creation services after the update represents your acceptance of revised clauses.

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from data protection related matters shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, relevant disputes shall be submitted to the competent court where the operation team is located.
